Links do not work in Outlook Express

I have one machine which runs Win 98 and Outlook Express 6.0, and when clicking on a link from an inbound message there is no response.
Any ideas about this?

Have you checked security settings?

This is usually associated with text links although it can occur just as easily when you click a graphic that is hyperlinked. In most cases this is caused by pop up stopper software that has been installed. Disable or uninstall the pop up stopper and see if it solves the problem
