While I didnt LabSim for the EA exams, I used it for my MCSA exams and can confirm they were harder than the actual exam. But good practice nevertheless, sure it can hit your confidence a little, but over-prepared is better than under-prepared.

Any areas you feel particularly weak in?

You should really focus on DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. You will be hit hard on these topics, know DNS inside out. Try to get your hands on the Group Policy book I'm reading (in my sig) - the book's worth its weight in gold. Here's another link : Group Policy Planning and Deployment Guide Read every word, lab it all up and you'll be well prepared for all the EA exams and real life GP issues.
