Which is the More popular exam: the 640-802 or the double exam?

Please tell me if you really know for instance, 2 times more people take the 802 to save money..etc.

Also, What is the Best CCNA guide in your opinion? What is the best E-book as well and how much is reasonable for me to spend. I have a kindle and an ipad I. I would like to buy the best paper book and the best E-book. Please tell me what you recommend and what price si reasonable.
I have limited budget. Yes I have a kindle and ipad but the kindle was 149, and the ipad is my company's...

Most people take the 2 exam approach (I did not). It is easier, and does not cost more as far as I'm aware. Each test costs half the price of the comprehensive exam.

I've gone through the Network Academy route, I've not booked my exam yet, but I will within the next week or so, but I'm going for the composite exam, by the sounds of it most people who do the exams without going through the Network Academy route go for the two exams (based on what I've read here and elsewhere) and those who go down the NA route tend to go for the composite (going by what my instructor and others I've spoken to have experienced).

i dunno if it is more or less easy. it just helps a lot of focussing on the topics.

in the end you need to answer between 80 an 100 questions instead of 40 to 50.

if i had to take it again with my level of knoledge i got now, i would go for the 1 exam. but i dont regret having done the 2 exam path.
