    I'd rather have a touchpad since there is the possibility of putting Android on it. I think even at those discounts the playbook is still too expensive considering its shortcomings and lack of apps.

    $50 is nothing when you are buying a $600 device. If you were already considering one, then maybe. But certainly not going to draw in new blood.
