Subnetting

Who ever it was that said that jeremy's method from CBT nuggets was good, wasn't lying, everything else I tried I confused me until I watched his subnetting video's!

Anyone else got any success stories from Jeremy's subenetting lessons?

this method made me understand how it works, but i developed my own method of doing it in my head and counting fingers ... sounds a lil stupid but worked for me really good - even on the exams!
    And then, I started a blog ...

I insist that Todd lammle's method IS THE BEST... I have tried Jeremy's method, it is good but it doesn't teach you how to do it in your head.
And it takes me a while to solve stuff using his method.
But with Todd's method..I don't even know how to subnet with a pen and paper anymore lol I can only do it in my head...I feel like I solve it with instinct, same way I don't need a paper and pen to add 15 + 23 for example!!
Try Todd's, you won't regret it..but of course CBT's method isn't bad and it depends on the person though!

I also use Todd's method, much easier to do it in my head than to try to deal with binaries. 5 on, 3 off = mask of 248 = increments of 8!
