I gave up Slashdot years ago because I was tired of wading through all of the stupid comments in order to find the intelligent ones. From what I see now, Slashdot has improved somewhat in that area. It's user community policing that really keeps out the rabble.

And that's a really interesting Q&A with Mitnick. It’s to promote his new book, sure, but a couple of his responses really hit home with me and what I was into 25+ years ago.

Personally, I found it interesting regarding his comments about Anonymous and Lulzsec, and also regarding his response to the person who accused him of taking his credit card info for profitable purposes.

Definitely a fun read either way, IMHO.
