Exam Topics - ( Blueprint ) = Checklist?

Do you run down the list and "mark off" the topics? When I first looked at 822 (Blueprint) I was a little shocked. There are 52 Bullet-ed points there, just an FYI. Now some time later, I look over it and think that I shouldn't have been "scared" of the Blueprint. It is very "wordy" IMO.
Other users have posted, Know this know that... for targeted areas..
Speaking of wordy, this post is getting wordy.... How accurate is the Blueprint, should I be "checking them off" per se?

If it's on the blueprint, then you need to know it. It would be foolish to sit down for an exam and not be completely prepared for anything Cisco could throw at you.
