Does anyone know if the CCNA exam is about to change before the years end?

Not that I know of. Cisco would usually have an update on their certifications page. From what I see below, there is no change.

And even if there is a change, it's announced well in advance, and the old exam will still be available for some time so people who were studying that material will still have a chance to take it.
