do you know what cisco career certification agreement v9 is?

It appears on my tracking system profile.

Is is the agreement you signed in the exam center (at the start of the test), or online at cisco.

yes I signed it online , but I don't know what exactly is.
It seems to be a kind of commitment-bond between me and cisco about taking future certs but I am not sure about it.

That agreement doesn't require you to recertify or continue with other Cisco certs or anything like that. The main thing is that you don't disclose any exam information to protect the exam/cert integrity.

I'm quite sure it's available online at cisco for you to read again.
