I guess the solution is really clear, use TLS v1.1 or 1.2. Oh my, this is supported in Windows 7 and IE 9 but not in Firefox. I think since Chrome rides the Windows 7 network settings it would be compatible with v1.2 as well, but I don't know that as a fact.
