Okay I came in to work to a surprise this morning and it pissed me the **** off. I work on a helpdesk as a tier 1 and I had NOT been getting QA'd. I need a QA average of 94% or greater (which is considered passing) just so that I can get file server management rights or to even be considered for a position with HP…
