Job interview and getting married!
My fiancee and I tied the knot. We are now officially hitched. That is one less item of stress in my life.
It was a small wedding, but nice and effective
Anyway I just wanted to let you all know. Next up is transitioning to Rochester MN. Movers arrived today and packed everything up. My wife's company picked up the tab. Over 10,000 dollars worth, isn't that insane?
I have an interview this Friday as well. Good pay and where I want to be operational/project management. About 30% more pay than I am making now. If they offer I am all over this job. This will be my second interview. (Called me back 1.5 hours after the first interview)!

Congrats on both counts!
Hopefully you get that offer for the new job.
Like you I'm on number 2 also and we recently celebrated 16 years together. A lot of highs and lows but altogether a good 16 years. No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -

Thanks to everyone.
This forum has been so helpful in my progression. I know it's specific to IT, but it really has more value than just that.
Cheers and thanks again.

We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place? -
