OMG! It is amazing. my desktop is organized and need and growing.
wow. you guys probably already have it but you will not regret getting it.
wow!
and I used this weekend the replication software call VEEAM amazing stuff.
saved my butt. going to buy this replication software for vmware for all our vmware servers which are growing. great stuff!

    veeam rocks...I found it off of this techexams site someone mentioned to me! thank God you did because
    man I used free veeam and the purchased replication veeam software for my vm servers replicates datastores perfectly..and does it HOT! so no down time amazing and the free ware version has saved me too at times..
    makes using vmware way easier..that is whay my IT shop is almost all VMWARE..love it!

    oh yeh I will never go back to a messy desktop again after FENCES love it!

    The best part of Fences is the ability to hide everything on the desktop before you make a presentation. I wish it could hide the wallpaper too.

    I been using (free) Fences for a couple of years now. I first saw it during a Microsoft demo of Windows 7 beta. The presenter had it installed it on his laptop and the audience thought it was part of Windows 7. When the presenter failed to explain what it was, people's hands shot up and they asked. He then explained it was a 3rd-party tool he had found and had nothing to do with Microsoft and was not included with Windows 7. Everybody in the audience was far more impressed with Fences than all of that Aero Shake/Flip/Peek stuff that nobody was interested in using anyway.
