I want to give CCNP Security exam Secure , Firewall.
I want to know that is it possible to test their simulations , labs on GNS.

Bl8ckr0uter Inactive Imported Users Posts: 5,031 ■■■■■■■■□□Probably. SECURE for sure. On the FW they say that 8.2 is what is tested but only 8.0 (and lower) will run in GNS3. You may want to look at rack rental or picking up a 5505/5510. How soon are you looking to do them?

Im not experienced in GNS. What simulations are you referring to? Why not rent some racktime from vendors that support CCIE security? I would imagine they would give you lots of equipment to play with. -
Bl8ckr0uter Inactive Imported Users Posts: 5,031 ■■■■■■■■□□Money. GNS3 can get you through a lot but I like having real gear. My boss approved getting us a pair of 5520s for labbing you may want to talk to your supervisor.

haven't used any yet as GNS3 is more than plenty for SECURE but I will definitely be renting racktime for the three other exams.WIP: IPS exam
