Application for OSX Lion

in Off-Topic
Hey guys,
Do you guys use an app for uninstalling apps?
What about drivers, how to uninstall them? I read some stuff that they need to be deleted in the expansion folder.
Also, what is a good app for converting media files into a different format?
I just got a MBP two weeks ago, and so far I am liking it.
Thanks,
thm

Handbrake will convert most media to another format.
I use it on my MBP & iMac to convert training videos for the iPad & iPhone.
To uninstall apps you just need to trash the program file & the prefs files -

I read some stuff about uninstalling an app that it leaves some left overs. I am kind of trying to avoid that by using an app that purpose is to uninstall an app.
I found this app called Adapter. It is free, so I am gonna try it out.Studying:
