I get the $3 ones at Walmart.

Seems a little pricey to me. No craft stores or a Target around? I'd think they'd have some cheaper ones that look the same. But, to each their own.

I like the guy above...5 frames for $8. When you have that many certs it'd get spendy at $20 a piece.
