Hyperconf alternative?

in CCNA & CCENT
Hello all,
I have been using Hyperconf by WinAgents (free version) for my lab which is extremely handy but has a 2 device limitation. Does anyone have any alternatives that are free or lower cost? I use a Mac so either Mac or Windows will work as I can run it in Parallels if need be
Just looking for a good manager to use.

I thought he was asking about management tools not terminal programs ?
Can use minicom or screen on the mac for the serial connection.
iterm2 is nice but is only the actual terminal/console programGoals CCNA by dec 2013, CCNP by end of 2014
