    Looks pretty good, but I'd recommend a different order...

    Also, this
    Working on my Bachelor’s degree in Networks Administration
    should be
    Bachelor's in Network Administration in progress. Graduation date: Blah/20blah

    IMHO order as the following:
    Objective
    Technical Competencies
    Education
    Work Experience
    Certifications
