I still say this is the most amazing sleeper technology out there. Granted the SQL vid is gimmicky, but their point is obvious.

Nice. I can imagine the conversation:

Boss: "What are you doing? Excercising? Stretching?"
Me: "No, just administering SQL 2012. Testing failover and stuff"
Boss: Walks away perplexed.

When I got into IT 3 years later I had put on 40+ lbs. I didn't see it at the time, and since then I have added working out to my routine not having a "physical" job. But sitting at a desk did it to me. If I could work and do Wii-Fit at the same time, would add another hour to my day!
