I read both during my studies and would say the Foundation Learing guide was the best. -

I am pretty sure all of the material is in the books. I really wasn't surprised by many questions. (OK maybe a few)
If you read the OCG, make sure you check the errata online. There is at least one thing with key strings where he tells you the EXACT opposite of how they work. It is in the errata though. -
