Setup an TFTP server on your PC and do a "copy startup-config tftp" command on the router and specifiy the TFTP server.

thanks but I have more than 40 switches and 10 routers that I want to save their configuration every months for backup. Any fast and easy way?

Ah.. i c.... well with that amount of hardware, you might want to look into more powerful software such as CiscoWorks. I bet our CCNA forums moderator will have a better suggestion... Sikkdog?
