Word 2007 freezes when we click on a hyperlink to another internal document. HELP!
Hi All,
As the subject suggests we are having an issue whereby our systems are crashing when any user attempts to click on a hyperlink to another internal document.
We are running Office 2007 on Windows Server 2003 over terminal services. I have a feeling the problem could have started happening when automatic updates ran but i can not be 100% sure.
I tried upgrading to SP2 last night but the problem still occurs.
I have checked high and low on the internet but am having no luck whatsoever!
This is now becoming quite an issue as a large number of our documents are hyper linked to others. I have sent a national email letting users know to use the direct path as opposed to clicking on the links, but people don't listen and are continually crashing the terminal servers.
