1. Does the IOS version matter on the Frame Relay router?
Ex. I have four 2811 routers, and have an old 3725 that I was gonna use as the Frame relay switch...will this hinder me in any way?
2. I doubt it's an issue, but I want to be sure. Is there any problem with using WIC-2T cards on the 2811 routers? Cisco's website doesn't mention 2800 series routers as compatible on the WIC-2T module info page.
Thanks in advance!

The reason being, I see people selling 2800 series routers on ebay with WIC-2T cards in it. Maybe I should just grab one and test it out?
*EDIT* http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5854/products_relevant_interfaces_and_modules.html
Found this page which says they are supported! -
alxx Member Posts: 755its says supported as mentioned in the datasheets of the wics and the wic2t datasheet makes no mention of the 2800?
"End of sales (EoS) Modules
The modules below are supported on the 2800 Series Integrated Services Routers per the terms described in their data sheets and End-of-Sale bulletins."
Guess you'll have to give it a try.
I know the 1800's take both wics and hwics
Having looked at a few. The difference between the wics and hwics is the new extra row of small pins on the hwic connector. 3 rows of pins instead of two
can see the extra row of pins in these pictures
