Changing AVATAR on this forum?

How do I do it? I can't seem to figure it out as I don't see anything about it under my Profile Settings.

I'm usually not this helpless on chat forums but this one has me stumped.

When you click the Settings icon at the top right of every page, there's an option at the right called Edit Avatar.

Click on User CP (the gear icon on the top-right). On the right side of that Page under My Settings, there should be an Edit Avatar option.
