Usb vga external adapter
Can anyone provide some good pointers on what is the best USB VGA external adapter to buy. I wanted to hook up my other dell monitor and have dual monitors.
I know I have the option of installing a graphic card but I don't feel like opening up the case, so I just needed to know if anyone has had any good reviews about any kind of product concerning the USB vga external adapter

Dont feel like opening up the case? Or you don't know how? It can be done in the time it took you to make this post. Those adapters are roughly 40-50 bucks. And I personally would put more faith into a video card functioning properly long term.WGU B.S.IT - 9/1/2015 >>> ??? -

Agreed. With the USB video cards you will have noticeable lag as well. -

My company is 90% laptops and we have had great result with these:
Newegg.com - StarTech USB VGA External Dual or Multi Monitor Video Adapter - High Resolution USB2VGA2 USB to VGA Interface
Having said that, I agree with the guys on not going this route if you have other options. -

We have about 50 of these being used right now. For non video intensive applications they work well.
