csvde and l

I trying to understand the use of csvde.

I have this example in my study book

csvde -f c:\out.csv -r "(name=*lismer)" -l l,company,objectclass,name,title,company,l,telephonenumber,userAccountControl,samaaccountname

What does the "l" before company and "-l" do?
