IE 8 Displays text and overall webpages too small

One of my end users did something, that screwed up their copy of IE. Everything is displayed small, graphics and text. I tried a repair, a whole reinstall of IE8 and still gets the same issue. This is on XP SP3. Anyone run across this one before?

Have you checked the Zoom? Alt => View => Zoom (People mess this up by hitting ctrl+scroll wheel)

To start, I would try: Ctrl + 0 , which will reset zoom back to 100%. After a quick search, one post said they compared the system against one that ran IE8 fine & found it was missing a default font or two (in their case Times New Roman and Courier New). Once the fonts were re-install it cured IE.

Wow so it wasnt the users fault? We always blame the user... no matter WHAT. We point fingers then decide the issue.
