Senior Systems Engineers
Available Shifts: · Position 3: Systems Engineer-1: Swing Shift: Mon-Sat, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
· Position 5: Systems Engineer-1: Weekend Shift 1 Hours: Wed-Thu 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Thu-Fri 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Fri-Sat 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM, Sat-Sun 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM
Job Duties:
This person will be responsible for delivering Data Center solutions built atop the Microsoft Windows Server platform.
Experience Requirements: · The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years hands-on experience with the operation and management of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / SMS, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) / MOM, and Exchange Server
· This candidate should possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008, and the deployment thereof.
· The candidate should also demonstrate experience with virtualization hypervisors such as Hyper-V or VMware ESX.
· The successful candidate will also demonstrate an overall knowledge of data center technologies, including TCP/IP networking, SANs (Storage Area Networks), backup systems, and data center facilities management.
· Also key to this position is a strong knowledge of scripting languages, such as VB-Script and Powershell, for data center automation. · SAN design and administration are a plus.
Education/Certification Requirements: · Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003, MCITP or equivalent required.
Clearance Requirements: · U.S. Citizen with ability to receive Government Security Clearance required.
