6 months working in it. 4 desktop technician and 2 help desk with the same company

I have 6 months of experience in IT now. 4 months as a desktop technican and 2 months as a member of the help desk. Been working for the same company for the past 6 months and loving learning everything and anything there is about IT. Going to be graduating by december with an AA in Technical Support, and a Microsupport Specialist certificate. Loving life right now. what's next after a bachelors degree? Should I aquire a masters? I really want to manage a department of IT.

Considering Central Washington Universities online program for IT and administrative management. That way I can stay home and just keep working at my job and don't have to go anywhere.
