Greetings all. I thought I'd use this as accountability for my journey toward CCIP (and eventually CCIE R&S). I have CCNPv5, but have decided to start out by taking the Route exam.
I told a coworker who wants his CCNP that I'd help him study for the Route, so this gives me the kick start I need to try to complete this before the end of the year. (We'll see if that happens).
My resources will be the CCNP Route Fundamentals book, MPLS Fundamentals, the QOS cert kit and Internet Routing Architectures as my text books. The videos I will use are CBT Nuggets Route module and INE BGP, QOS and MPLS videos. I'm not really digging the INE Route videos. It might be the lack of Ciaroa (sp).
For labs, I have a stack of crap in my home office and GNS3 to help test.
My hope is I can join some of your ranks. Wish me luck.
