IE 8 still hosed
Thanks for all the suggestions trying to get IE 8 to display properly. Unfortunetly, none of them did the trick. Even reinstalling did not fix the problem. I've attached a screen shot so anyone can see exactly what I am trying to fix. I wish this machine was local, but it is 125 miles away, and I am not driving there just for an IE issue.
So if anyone else has any suggestions, I am all ears.

I notice in the bottom right corner, zoom appears set to 55%. Does setting it to 100% not make a difference ?.---

Have you tried compatibility mode?Decide what to be and go be it.
