What kind of experience level do i have?

Hi Techexams users,

I am just looking for some quick friendly advice on whether i am mvonig in the right direction with my IT business, skill set and certification exams of which i have non at the moment.
I have been running my business providing IT Services to small business and mostly domestic users for 6 months now. I carry out all manner of hardware and software repairs for customers but nothing i would consider to be hugely techincal for businesses involving servers and the like. So really i just do domestic computing which i feel compared to the rest of the IT world never gets very complex.

So that is a bit about me and what i do, but my main question is what if any experience would i be considered to have? I ask this because i am not sure what exams to take or where to being. I want to move into cloud computing as that has one of the most promising futures in IT at the moment.

Also if i decided to stop my business and go for jobs what should i go for with my current experience level?

Your current level appears geared towards Tier I support, like a Help Desk or PC Support/Field Tech Analyst.
