First off - it doesn't stream for download too well. Make sure you have it downloaded in its entirety before starting install.
Next - run disk cleasnup and empty any Temp/Tmp folders.
Then hit the registry and delete HKCU-Software-Netscafe
    Do the same for HKLM-Software-Netscafe

That should allow you to install again

Why need netscape when you have IE?

Anyways, do a fulll download to a network share that way you can always use later on other installs.

Always make sure temp int files and cookies are deleted on user's computers.
    What next?

I hate them all. IE is well, IE. Netscape just sucks, and unbelieveably, I don't really like FireFox.

I have to agree I really like firefox. The only problem is how firefox handles scripts on different pages, sometimes slow. But the plug-ins are cool and they are a change from the ever boring IE look.
