When setting up NAT using SDM the commads one of the commands it sends to the router is for a remark about the acl.
access-list 1 remark SDM_ACL Category= 2
When it says category what category talking about, and are there only 2 categories

It would seem that anything after the word "remark" is just a note so you remember what it is for.
I am guessing it is like the "description" command on an interface. The command guide says it can be up to 100 characters long.
I've never seen the "category" command mentioned anywhere, and I've never seen it in any config that wasn't created by SDM.
One thing I can say for sure is that there can be more than 2 categories - I found a config with Category=16.
