Subnetting using SubnettingSecrets

I've do some research on Easy subnetting and found the "Subetting-Secrets" Website which teaches how to subnetting with a simple chart .They've gave an Example : 192.168.1.23/26To get the 26 bits we need 2 more bits from the , 255.255.255.0 -> 24 . So 26-24 = 2 -> Which means 2 Ticks in the "Chart" Right ?What if it were to be "192.168.254.0/24" , how am i suppose to use the "Chart" ?Just want to know how to solve it , and others if they're curious . And yes i created an account just to ask this question Thanks Seniors .
