CEHv7 Study Material

I wanted to see if there are any good CEHv7 course materials out yet. From researching it seems Ec-Council and some expensive boot camps are the only option. Does anyone have a good list of materials they used to prepare for v7?

My initial idea, was to study with CEHv6 materials and fill in the gaps with Book x, or study guide y.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
