what do do when the phone interviewer is late calling?

Exhausted your resources to contact him and if you are unable to get a hold of him just wait. At that point it's out of your control.

I would google the company and call their help desk / adminstrative assistant.

Hope that they call? Not much you can do in this situation really. Follow up with an email if they never call you.

Be patient...losing your nerve at 15 minutes is not being patient

I just contacted the HR person who set up the interview after waiting 30mins. She said she put on his calendar for 12/2, which is this Friday.
