HP DL360 G4 memory issues
Hi,
Does any one know why if I add memory to a DL360 server it stops booting, gives black screen/nothing!
however the memory works fine in a second server? both have 2gig of PC2700 (identical makes/ model) and work ok untill I try to put all 4gig in one macine?

Are the memory module the same speed? I noticed in HP ProLiant DL360 G4p Server series - HP ProLiant DL360 G4p Server - Installing Memory Module - c00409930 - HP Business Support Center that the speed must be the same.No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
