I have heard from people that the Active Directory 70-640 exam has changed the amount of questions, from 50 to 75. Is this true and if so where does it states that? I looked on Microsoft.com and it doesn't states that. Thanks!

Microsoft doesn't post how many questions are on their exams. They do tell what types of questions you may encounter, though.
