So...does anyone know how to take a .Swf file, and capture it to a .Gif file to be used as an Avatar???? Hmmm.......

Unless you play it in some player that prevents you from doing so, you should be able to capture it by taking screenshots and photoshop them into a gif. I don't know of any direct conversion from swf to gif ani, not even sure it exists since the swf is compiled already.
