Question regarding launching multiple terminal windows

Right now I'm using putty as my terminal emulator, and I prefer to have a window for each session. I usually run 9 windows (5 routers/4 switches) tiled on my 2nd monitor. I am using putty session manager to launch all sessions at once, which basically just **** a stack of windows in the middle of my 1st monitor. Does anyone know of an easy way of setting these windows up to launch to a 2nd monitor in their correct respective locations?
I did find a way that works, but is a little bit of a hassle. If I drag all of the windows to my 2nd monitor and then open the task manager in windows 7, I can highlight my putty sessions and right click/tile the windows, which works well. I was just curious if anyone has a more elegant solution. I know some folks use tabs, but I prefer separate windows--let's me see what's happening on other devices without leaving the device I'm working on (seeing adjacencies form, interfaces drop/come up, etc).
Thanks in advance for any thoughts / suggestions.
