do i need to give 640-746 SA exam

server 2008 network inrastructure
server 2008 Active directory

does those 2 exams give any certification or i have to give 746 exam to complete certification

You need 70-646 to get the MCITP:SA certification. With the two exams you took you have the MCTS certification. Login into the mcp website with your credentials and find out your titles/certifications. You can get to the MCP website here http://mcp.microsoft.com
