Have you guys heard of Microsoft's "Microsoft Virtual Academy" (https://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/GetStarted.aspx)
I saw a Get Started link on my Facebook page and read up a little bit on it and shortly signed up. Basically its a free learning site about Microsoft's newest and current cloud-based services (VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows Azure/SQL Azure, Office 365, and more) and you can track your progress using their points-based system and rank system (you can use it to compare with other "students" and how you stand with the rest of your country). It seems really intuitive and keeps the interest of these kind of services high. There's more detail about it on the link I provided
