For those who care I recently just got my AA in Technical Support and have 7 months of IT professional related experience so far. I have 4 months as a Desktop Technician and 3 months doing help desk. Loving spending money/saving money. Don't think I will ever leave the help desk environment! I love it way to much!
Might become a IT Help desk manager, but it will take sometime.
