ISACA certs

I took and passed the CISM in June of this year but have not yet applied for the certification because I lack the necessary experience. I was planning on taking the CISSP in early 2012 to get me where I need to be in that regard. I just got an email last week from ISACA saying that I need to apply for the certification ASAP because beginning in 2012, there will be an additional $50 fee to apply for it. Has anyone gotten a similar notification for the other certs like CISA or CRISC or is this just for the CISM? I'm a little annoyed by it honestly.

Interesting - is the fee because of waiting to apply, or is the general application fee going up for everyone?
