Need Help Taking Test at Las Vegas Convention

Hi,
I am a web developer, turning myself into a Network Admin. I have little experience with routers, switcher, firewalls. i was recently promoted to IT manager and am going to take the CCNA Exam in Vegas. I am dedicated to 2 hours a day and bought the Wendell Odom CCN Cert. Library package. I have signed up to take the exam prep and lab the day before the test. I have Cisco 3500, 3550, and Pix firewall at work to test with (as long as i dont break them). With all that being said, do you all feel i have enough time to finish the books, test with routers here and pass the test. I have 44 days at 2 hours a day which is 88 hours to read and comprehend 2 X 600 page books. I hear only 16% of first timers pass, do i have a shot? Any advice?
