Where to go from here?

Hi guys

I am currently working on the MCITP: Server Administrator (taking 70-640 end of Jan), and I'm looking to get into a career of InfoSec and more specifically Penetration Testing.

Could someone suggest a possible route from here?
I was thinking maybe Security+ but unsure where to go from there.

Check out Hacking Dojo, it's from the same guy who made Heorot.net, I took the beginner class and watched the first couple weeks of the previous recorded sessions of the Shodan class but ended up not taking it due to some big projects going on at work during that time. I was reading a thread on the other forum I visit from time to time and I believe they have a "hacking lab" now where there's internet facing VM's for you to attack that they've configured.
