Running 32 bit programs on 64 bit OS
I just got Win 7 64 bit and a lot of the programs that one of my guys has been using is on Win XP 32 bit. Is there anyway that I can change how it runs to work on Win 7 64 bit?

Your applications should run without issue. Going the other way around (64-bit app on a 32-bit machine) will not work. -

However, are the programs compatible with Windows 7? You can run them in XP mode, if not. -

At this point it's time, it's product-death for something new not to run on x64 Windows 7, so the majority of problems you will encounter are with legacy hardware and software running on x64 Windows (XP, Vista, or 7). This will mostly be hardware devices that do not have a 64-bit driver, and older software releases that have known problems with x64 Windows that can't be fixed by running in Windows XP Compatibility Mode (e.g., Chrome, Flash, QuickTime, iTunes).
When in doubt, check the Microsoft Windows 7 Compatibility Center.
