As with the Comptia Exams, they mail a certificate. Something you can frame. Does MS do the same?

Yes, you will receive a Welcome Kit with a MCP certificate for your first MS exam.

You have to go to the MCP site and request your Welcome kit. You might have to wait a couple of days for M$ to update their database.

Yes, for every MS certification you receive a new separate certificate. Also per edition, ie. a certificate for MCSA 2000 and a certificate for MCSA 2003.
