Ergonomics chairs ?
I have a $120 computer chair but Its not really helping my back. I need something better since I am sitting in front of my computer on the whole day at home. Im looking for something with back support and head rest. Around $150 to $250.
Any ideas? What are you guys using at home?

My best recommendation is to go down to your local office supply store and sit in ALL the chairs. When you find one you think will work, spend the day there. Bring your laptop and set up at one of the display desks. Spend no less than 15 minutes in it. If you think its the right one, spend another 15 - 30 minutes. Anything less than $150 will probably wear out quickly, IMHO.
Ergonomics are very important to your health and happiness. If you can't find anything, there are a couple of alternative styles you can try, but your will probably have to order them online: Ball chairs and Knee chairs. I LOVE knee chairs, but can't use them because of a knee injury. I recommend the alternative styles only after you have tried all the normal styles.
